ultrapop

Hello. project 2015 continues and we have reached wk. 046. project 2015 showcases a different photo filter/style weekly. This week was all about the app UltraPop.  This was a fun app to use – but I admit a little glitchy.  Loved experimenting with shapes and retro colors. I can’t believe we are already in November. What an interesting year it has been so far…here is a glimpse of my week…

project 2015 continues and we have reached wk. 037. project 2015 showcases a different photo filter/style weekly. This week I played around with the app PicsArt.  This week it was all about the Drama filter, which adds highs/lows to the photos and I added a little bit of light play. I had such an amazing week and hoping that we can hold on to summer a little bit longer. Here is a glimpse of my week…

RETROLUX

Hello. project 2015 continues and we have reached wk. 035. project 2015 showcases a different photo filter/style weekly. This week I used the filter Retrolux from the app Snapseed. Snapseed was one of the firsts photo filters apps that I used. This week I wanted a more scratchy vintage look with muted tones that feel more oldies style. With my time off, I’ve been fortunate to see my mom friends + their adorable kids.  I love it – feels like a real summer! Here is a glimpse of my week…

Hipstamatic

Hello. project 2015 continues and we have reached wk. 033. project 2015 showcases a different photo filter/style weekly. This week I used I wanted to use Hipstamatic. I haven’t used this app in years. I love this app so much and I think the results of the photos are amazing.  There are so many combinations to use with this app – flash/film/lens.  The thing is with other apps you can take the photo and filter it afterwards. With Hipstamatic, you have one chance to pick the right filter appropriate for the situation. There is no filtering afterwards. Although, Hipstamatic released another sister app called Oggl which allows you to import photos and filter, but it’s not the same.  I chose to use the John lens and went used both Pistil and DC film. I love the results. Here is a glimpse of my week…

Monterey

Hello. project 2015 continues and we have reached wk. 032. project 2015 showcases a different photo filter/style weekly. This week I used the filter Monterey from the app PhotoStudio. Apparently this app has the biggest collection of  photo filters. I wandered to the “Fancy” filters and selected Monterey. I love the exaggerated lomography style color and love the intensity and the dramatic fade. This week was all about goodbyes (never ever permanent)  + hellos.  Change is always good + things happen definitely for a reason. Here is a glimpse of my week…

Polarr

Hello. project 2015 continues and we have reached wk. 029. project 2015 showcases a different photo filter/style weekly. This week I used the filter Film A2 from the app Polarr. OMG! I love this app. It’s a little more advanced than your average iPhone photo apps, but i absolutely love it.  There are limitless ways to edit and the interface is clean and elegant, but the tools of this app are so professional looking and your pictures come out stunning! Here is a glimpse of my week…
