In August, fashion girls get giddy to get their manicured hands on the much anticipated Anna Wintour Vogue’s fashion bible – September issue. I am no longer a Vogue subscriber, but I always buy a copy of the September issue. Can you believe the size of this thing? Well after all, I guess its like a fashion text book. In the Fashion world, the September issue is THE issues where editors consider to be the best of the best of the upcoming fall season fashion trends and inspiration.
In 2009, there was even an American documentary made {SEPTEMBER ISSUE} where we see the behind-the-scenes drama of Anna Wintour and her staff. I loved this documentary. If you haven’t seen it, you should watch it to understand the importance of all the work that goes on to produce this one issue.
I have been so busy that I just bought my copy last night. I will be sitting on my dock this weekend and looking at the fashion inpsiration page by page. I can’t wait. Enjoy the long weekend. xoxo
